Job Description
Provide Technical Support for a client, who is a Leader in Data
Recovery and Backup software solutions for their Global English customers in a
24X7 environment.
You will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to customers globally, on issues such as Installation, Configuration, Licensing and administration related issues

You must possess excellent Troubleshooting, and Customer Handling
skills, and working knowledge about Operating Systems
Back up and Recovery – Application level Support
Excellent Troubleshooting and Customer handling skills are
paramount, as you will be working with customers across the globe
Ability to collaborate, and troubleshoot in a Linear and logical
way
Providing Support on licensing issues which are non-technical in nature
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience in a leading BPO/Call Centre (INTERNATIONAL) environment
troubleshooting Desktop/Application for leading Technology Companies
Hands on experience on working with Windows OS will be an added advantage
Knowledge on¬
o Microsoft Operating System (Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7)
o Knowledge of Back up Technology is an added advantage
o Familiarity with PC Diagnostic tools viz Webex, Team viewer, Live Meeting,
etc
Minimum 12 months experience in a leading BPO/Call Centre environment
troubleshooting Desktop/Application for leading Technology Companies
Hands on experience on working with Windows OS will be an added advantage
Knowledge on¬
o Microsoft Operating System (Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7)
o Knowledge of Back up Technology is an added advantage
